How this build calculates your hours
- 10-hour minimum. Daily overtime after 10 hours: 2 hours at 1.5×, then 2 at 2×, then 3×.
- Actual on-set working duration rounds up to a half-hour. Travel rounds separately to quarter-hours; that interaction is provisional.
- Meal penalties replace the ordinary rate for the affected hours. First penalty hour doubles the prevailing rate, capped at 3×; later penalty time is 3×.
- Grace applies only when explicitly selected. Up to 10 minutes avoids a penalty; exceeding 10 minutes triggers penalty from the original deadline, rounded up to a half-hour.
- Travel Start provisionally starts the first-meal clock. Travel boundaries are supplied by you; no zone allowance is added.
- Work-through adds 0.5 paid hour. Enter Actual Wrap without this allowance. Meal Served ends the late-food penalty.
- Turnaround provisionally uses the previous actual paid end, without the work-through allowance. The preceding completed row supplies it automatically; an explicit previous-end entry overrides that.
- Consecutive day and holiday must be selected explicitly. Dates alone do not establish the production’s work history.
- Rate dates run July 1 through June 30. 2025–2026 rates come from the supplied spreadsheet; other rate years come from the supplied PDFs.
